All of our cabinets are finger-jointed construction, and we use solid pine or baltic birch, depending on the style of the cabinet.

I have compiled a giant collection of templates for most Fender and Marshall cabinets, so we are capable of building vintage replicas as well as variations of these.

We also design and build custom cabinets to suit your needs.

Armadillo's covering and restoration department has a wide variety of tolexes as well as vintage tweed.  We use cake glue like in the vintage days, which is non toxic and allows cabinets to resonate better than cabinets covered with some type of rubber cement or contact glue.

I have personally had hands on experience with over 500 vintage
cabinets so I have the knowledge necessary to correctly cover many different styles of cabinets.  I have also pioneered new covering
techniques for custom designed cabinets.
